THE PATIO RANCH - 2010 LIVE SALE POLICY

GENERAL POLICIES:
  1. All animals are guaranteed healthy at time of sale.
  2. Prices are f.o.b. the Patio Ranch.
  3. The cost of any health papers or veterinary work required/requested will be added to the invoice total. A "per animal" handling charge may be added for some veterinary work requests.
  4. All live sale orders are invoiced to specify exact animals and services ordered.
  5. Orders are confirmed and capture work will be started upon receipt of a 50% deposit on requested animals and delivery fees (if applicable). This deposit may be partially refundable for any invoiced animals that the Patio Ranch is unable to supply. Credit cards, bank transfers or checks may be used for deposit payments if more than 10 days from pick-up/delivery.
  6. The unpaid balance of the invoice is due upon notice from Patio Ranch (telephone or e-mail) of completed capture of deposited animals.
  7. If total invoice balance is not received within 7 days of capture notice, then deposit is forfeited and the deposited animals may be sold to another buyer.
  8. If, upon receipt of invoice balance, stock is not picked-up or allowed for delivery within seven days after notification of capture, The Patio Ranch will not be responsible for any death loss of animals held beyond that time. In addition, a $2.50 per animal per day yardage/feed charge will be added to the invoice if animals are held in Patio Ranch facilities after seven days following capture notification by request of purchaser.
  9. The balance of any animal cost and all miscellaneous charges must be paid for in full before loading at the Patio Ranch. Payments made less than 7 days prior to delivery or pick-up must be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
DELIVERY CHARGES:
  1. Deliveries only in the state of Texas.
  2. Delivery charges are $3.00 per loaded mile (one way) from the Patio Ranch barn.
  3. All animals and additional services must be paid for in full before the animals will be released from the trailer at buyer’s destination.
